Results In 2010 and 2011, the U.S. was the largest bilateral donor of flood assistance. In June 2011 the U.S. provided $190 million to the Citizens' Damage Compensation Program (CDCP), the GOP vehicle designed in conjunction with the World Bank, to provide direct assistance to over a million families affected by the 2010 floods. After extensive data validation, funds are now being provided to beneficiaries. The U.S. contribution leveraged over $500 million from the GOP and donors. In 2011, we relied on our implementation partners, who were already implementing KLB funding, to immediately begin assisting those in need
